Payment Methods
Ganga Electrónica offers all these forms of payment so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
1 °.-Bank transfer or deposit
This payment method consists of the bank transfer or cash deposit of the full amount of the order in favor of the bank account owned by Ganga Electrónica in both payment methods with express mention of the order number linked to the payment. Orders with this payment method that are not credited to the Electronic Ganga account within 7 days after order confirmation will be automatically canceled after said period has elapsed. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-3 business days to make the transfer effective, and account deposits may take a minimum of 24 hours to be reflected in our system.
2º.- Credit / debit card
Ganga Electrónica accepts payments with VISA, Verified by VISA, MasterCard and MasterCard SecureCode. The bank that issues the card must be in Spanish territory.
When ordering, the customer will provide their card details, which will be stored during the purchase process. Ganga Electrónica does not store information regarding credit cards.
This service will not have any surcharge on the total amount of your purchase. It is important to remember that some banks may take 1-3 business days to make the transfer effective.
3rd.-PayPal
The customer may pay for his order through the Paypal payment system. This method is fully insured, since in the event that you do not receive the order or it is different from the one offered, you can open a claim and PayPal will refund 100% of your payment.
This service will have a surcharge of 4.5% + 0.35 € on the total amount of your purchase.
4th.-In cash
You can make cash payments at our office (up to € 1000 / day). As a general rule, using this method, the delivery time is the same as that indicated on the web (according to the announcement of the product in question), but if the product is in the office at that time, you can take it back at the end of the management . Otherwise, you can decide that we send it to your address (according to the indicated delivery time) or come and pick it up once we receive it.
5th.-Financing con DEFEND ME.
It is a financing system with which we offer the possibility of deferring the payment of your purchase by up to 36 installments of your choice.
In the same product announcement you can select the options to preview the installments and terms.
Once you have chosen this payment method, to process your purchase you must fill out a form with your data: Name, surname, email, ID, employment status, date of birth, and other information that is requested.
The payment is made as a normal card payment. The fees will be charged month by month on said card. For your peace of mind, you will be notified prior to each charge.
The first installment will be charged immediately to your card and the other installments will be pending for the following months.
6th.-Cash on Delivery (NEW (temporarily disabled))
There are some conditions for cash on delivery: the maximum order amount is € 2350 and it can only be requested for orders destined for mainland Spain and for the professional photography categories. This form of payment involves a additional cost of 5% on the purchase price with a minimum of € 5 for the management of this form of payment. Furthermore, it is only possible to have one active cash on delivery order at a time. You will not be able to place a second order until the first has been delivered to you.
IMPORTANT: To qualify for the cash on delivery option, you need the 15% account deposit of the value of the product as a signal, transport insurance and management costs to receive the product. Upon receiving the product, you will pay 85% Of value. In case of rejection of the package or cancellation, the 15% for management expenses will not be returned.
